Daily system health check
-Daily IT operations health check on Infra related system infra and network connectivity
-Assist on IT security deployment
Coordinate with Regional IT
-Ensure that escalation process to regional IT is always adequate, reviews it regularly and improves it if required
Liaise with regional ITIP team regarding the Taiwan Infrastructure matters.
-Measures and reports level of service of ITIP team, against the agreed level as laid in the SLA/OLA.

-VMware Virtualization Hypervisor Management
-Storage Array Management
-IT Asset Management
-Standalone Computer/Appliance Management
-Data Center Management
-Official Document Exchange system (web based)
- TDCC connection & terminals (SMART)
- Telecom / Recorder facilities support
- Regulatory system support such as, OTC, CBC RTGS, EFT and Taifex CCP system
-HELPDESK service for all Securities, Branch, and Asset Management
- Infra support for all Securities, Branch and Assess Management
Market Data Support
-Support BLOOMBERG and Systex market data (eMidst)
-Coordinate with market data vendor
-Lease line issue coordination
Project Management
-Manage project schedule and provide timely updates for project status.
-Prepare reasonable IT budget according to project requirements and control IT expenditures within planned budget.
-Liaise with the ITIP and IT security team regarding to Infrastructure matters.
-Coordinate APS and local vendors for releasing application to UAT/PROD environment
Incorporation of Control Aspect
-Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
-Contribute to the reporting all incidents according to the Incident Management System
-Minimizing operational failure, including but not exclusively, the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementing sufficient regular controls
-Ensuring appropriate escalation to management and/or Permanent Control (or Compliance as appropriate) as soon as an issue is identified
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Diploma/Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering or related discipline
- Attained VCP/CCNA/CCNP/CCIE technical certification
- 5-10 year’s work experience in either the financial or telecommunications industry with an excellent understanding of server infra, storage, virtualization, WAN, LAN and Voice technologies and network operations
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and MPLS technologies
- Good knowledge of DWDM Optical Transport technologies.
- Experience in various system and network monitoring and telemetry tools in data & security infrastructure such as dynatrace, Solarwinds, CISCO ISE, ServOne
- Experience in ITIL and defining various network documentation for operations support
- Experience on Automation using Python, Ansible or any other programming language.
- Experience in Change, Incident, and Problem management in banking industry
- Experience with vendor management
- Understanding the risk management and work closely with the Bank information security and risk team.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proactive and possess initiative, self-motivated team player capable of working with minimal supervision
Specific Qualifications
- Holder of VCP or CCNP is the minimum requirement
- 5+ years of experience in server infra, virtualization and Network services, with minimum 2 years in finance industry
- Expertise in system infra management, virtualization technology, connectivity and data center network infrastructure design, implementation and support (VCP or/and CCIE is a strong ‘plus’)
- Strong Background in Automation and Tooling.
- Client-oriented, strong communication and organization skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to work under pressure and delivery the project on time.
- Fluency in English
